Sensoji Temple, Waterbus & Odaiba Beach

Another HOT day...we went to Asakusa to visit the famous marketplace and Sensoji Temple. The temple was under renovation but we got a couple good shots around it.

After visiting the temple, we hopped on board the waterbus to Odaiba, where the beach is. (Grandpa is intrigued by his paper fan - a must have in the muggy heat).

Beach!

That evening, our friends came over to go to dinner. Nana had picked out some cute dresses for Phoebe in the States and she enjoyed modeling them for us.

  1. One thing I am curious about is how often do you run into non-Japanes people? Must be strange to walk down a street and see only foreign people like Japanese people.
